Hi all ~ Firstly, just to check in, my alcohol consumption is way down. A few months ago, when I started TSM, I could drink a whole bottle of wine in a night. Or, several glasses of my favorite Rum Chata. Now, I have trouble finishing 10 ounces of wine or so Progress! I've also been trying to get a lot of fierce exercise to get the good endorphins active in my system. At present, trying to get a doctor's rx to replenish my dwindling supply of Nal. It isn't easy. Tonight may well be a Nal Night .... Nal + Alcohol = Your Life
So, my question today is: How do I inspire the doctors in my small town in northern WI U.S.A to watch One Little Pill Docu?? A very good dear friend of mine was told by a physician to take Nal once every morning with breakfast, then come in once a month for liver tests. !! This really bothers me. I work nights in a laundry, so many doctors would feel like they were too busy to listen to me. My friend who was told to take Nal once a day in the morning, BTW? He served time in jail this last winter because of his drinking ..... obviously, something needs to be done. One Little Pill Docu and TSM have helped me so much! I would very much so love to keep the ball of happy Karma rolling. I'm just a humble night wash woman in an elderly care facility .... does anyone out there have any advice on how to quietly respectfully help physicians in my area understand Nal better? How can I approach doctors and help them to understand? ANY advice on this front would be greatly appreciated. I bought a copy of Miss Claudia's 'Babylon Confidential' and donated it to my local library. I also did the same for Dr Eskapa's book 'Cure for Alcoholism'. How do I tell doctors about these resources when I'm just a humble night laundress? If anybody has any suggestions, I'd love to hear it!
-My thanks all! -Sunny
