I don't know if you saw it Roddy, but C3 created a drink log that you can download here www.cthreefoundation.org/tsm-drink-log.htm . Most folks on this forum have found it to be useful tool. You can simply plug in your numbers each day and it calculates weekly totals and automatically charts your progress week by week.
