So after decades of heavy drinking and trying various things including TSM for several months, I went to AA. I managed 70+ AF days, but really hated the cultish nature of the whole thing and the tendency to distill ones life work down to a sobriety date. So, I had to go to an out of state medical group but was able to access a TSM based program. This past week, my first true week back at it, resulted in only 3 AF days with consumption being at 4-7 units per drinking session. Not bad I guess, but I went 70 days AF. Is it normal for drinking to creep back up after resuming TSM?
Hi magnarider, and welcome to the forum. I know that my drinking spiked back up when I first started, but I'm starting to see results at week 20. Hope you can stay patient and compliant, I know we can all get there in the end if we commit to 100% compliance and see the journey as a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck, and keep us posted!
